The Teen-work Eco-Center

Qtorpia is a for-profit youth workforce business founded and operated by me. I design and deliver all training, development programs, and job gig opportunities directly through my business. Instruction is conducted in publicly accessible community spaces, such as libraries, which are used solely as venues and learning environments and are not partners, sponsors, or operators of the program.

Through structured classes, participants learn workplace readiness, financial literacy, money management, and foundational entrepreneurship skills. These lessons connect directly to pre-designed, ready-to-enter job gigs created and managed by Qtorpia, allowing teens to apply what they learn in real-world settings. Through guided work experiences and hands-on practice, participants build confidence, practical skills, and pathways toward economic independence.

Qtorpia operates independently as a for-profit business. Community entities are used only as instructional locations to increase accessibility and visibility, while all programming, curriculum, supervision, and operations remain under the sole direction of Qtorpia.

Ages 8-19 years old

My mission is to prepare the next generation for a sustainable and successful future by providing teens with eco-focused jobs, workforce development training, and entrepreneurial guidance that builds confidence, skills, and community strength.
