To secure a booking, a non refundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of scheduling. The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours prior to the event date.

All payments are processed transparently and receipts are provided.

If the client cancels more than 72 hours prior to the event, the client may receive a 60 percent refund of the balance paid, not including the deposit. The deposit remains non refundable.

If cancellation occurs within 72 hours of the event, all payments made are considered earned and are non refundable, due to scheduling, preparation, labor commitments, and reserved materials.

Reschedule requests may be approved based on availability. A reschedule fee may apply.

Qtorpia Kids Sleepover Services reserves the right to refuse service in unsafe or unsuitable conditions. If setup cannot be completed due to environmental or safety conditions, all payments made up to that point will be retained as compensation for time and services rendered.

By booking services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these payment, refund, and service terms

All services must be paid in full prior to delivery of equipment, commencement of setup, or performance of any services. Qtorpia Kids Sleepover Services does not begin work, unload property, or proceed with setup until all outstanding invoices, balances, fees, or add-on charges have been paid in full and confirmed as received.

Failure to submit payment prior to the scheduled service time shall be considered a cancellation by the Client, and Qtorpia Kids Sleepover Services reserves the right to withhold services, delay setup, or terminate the booking without refund. Any deposits, retainers, or prior payments made may be retained in whole or in part to compensate for scheduling, preparation, labor allocation, travel, and opportunity costs incurred.

Payment confirms acceptance of all service terms, safety policies, sanitation standards, behavior and environment compliance requirements, and equipment handling conditions. Qtorpia Kids Sleepover Services reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, postpone, or discontinue services at any time prior to or during an event if conditions are determined to be unsafe, unsanitary, unreasonable, or otherwise unsuitable for service. This includes, but is not limited to, environments presenting health or sanitation risks, evidence of infestation or hazardous conditions, aggressive or disruptive behavior, failure to comply with safety instructions, interference with equipment or setup, or any circumstance that may place staff, minors, property, or participants at risk.

If service is refused or discontinued for any of the reasons stated above, Qtorpia Kids shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or interruptions in service, and any fees paid may be retained in whole or in part to cover labor, travel, preparation, and sanitation costs incurred up to the time of termination.

By booking services, the Client acknowledges and agrees that continuation of service is contingent upon site conditions, safety compliance, and respectful conduct, and that Qtorpia Kids Sleepover Services maintains the authority to make final determinations regarding service suitability.

Nothing in this policy shall be construed to permit refusal of service on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, disability, age, or any protected class under applicable law.

The Client agrees to maintain a respectful, cooperative, and non-disruptive environment for the duration of the event. Qtorpia Kids Sleepover Services staff must be permitted to perform setup, service, inspections, and teardown without interference. Any behavior that is abusive, threatening, hostile, unsafe, aggressive, or otherwise disruptive toward staff, minors, equipment, or participants shall be considered grounds for refusal, suspension, or immediate termination of service.

This includes, but is not limited to, verbal harassment, physical intimidation, intentional property damage, refusal to follow safety instructions, unauthorized handling or dismantling of equipment, intoxicated or impaired conduct affecting safety, or conduct that creates risk of harm.

If service is discontinued due to behavior violations, all fees paid shall be considered earned and may be retained in whole or in part to compensate for labor, preparation, travel, scheduling, and property protection measures already incurred.

The Client acknowledges responsibility for the conduct of all guests and individuals present during the event.

As a condition of service, the Client represents that the event location is safe, sanitary, structurally appropriate for setup, and free from conditions that may cause health, safety, or contamination risks. This includes, but is not limited to, active insect or rodent infestation, roach activity, excessive filth, water damage, mold presence, hazardous materials, bio-waste exposure, or unsanitary flooring or surfaces.

The Client further agrees that pets shall not be present in or around the designated setup area or in contact with Qtorpia property during the service period, unless expressly approved in writing prior to the event.

Qtorpia Kids Sleepover Services reserves the right to inspect the environment upon arrival and to refuse, postpone, or discontinue service if the location is determined to be unsanitary, hazardous, or unsuitable. In such cases, fees may be retained in whole or in part to cover preparation, travel, sanitation, and equipment protection costs incurred.

All Qtorpia equipment, bedding, décor, and accessories are sanitized, steamed, inspected, and sealed prior to delivery. If contamination risk is identified during or after service, additional sanitation fees may apply.
