Clients are responsible for:

Failure to comply may result in refusal or termination of services without refund.

This obligation survives termination of services.

Where minors participate in programs or events, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent and remains responsible for supervision unless otherwise stated in writing.

We do not knowingly engage in contractual relationships directly with minors.
