❗ Service Limitations & Safety Policy
Our program is a supervised youth-run housekeeping and organizing service. Because our teams are made up of minors, we are only able to support light-to-moderate household cleaning and organization projects that are safe, accessible, and suitable for youth workers.
For safety, health, and compliance reasons, we are not able to accept homes or spaces that fall into hoarding conditions or environments that require:
• biohazard cleanup
• animal or pet waste removal
• heavy debris removal
• mold remediation
• pest or rodent cleanup
• sanitation-level deep cleaning
• hazardous material handling
• trash accumulation or large-scale clearing
If a home requires specialized hoarding cleanup or advanced sanitation services, we will kindly decline the booking and may recommend professional resources better suited for that level of care.
